Aaron Mehrer, MD

Owner/Medical Director

Dr. Aaron Mehrer is a board-certified anesthesiologist that completed medical school and residency at University of Missouri-Kansas City and not only the owner of Orchid Aesthetics & Wellness but also the acting medical director. He oversees all areas of the practice and sees many of our wellness clients regularly for lab review and injection appointments.

Leslyn, MSN, ANP-C

Nurse Practitioner

With over 25 years of experience in internal medicine, neurology, rheumatology, and women’s health, Leslyn brings a remarkable depth of medical knowledge and compassion to Orchid Aesthetics & Wellness. Her diverse background allows her to take a truly comprehensive approach to patient care, addressing health and beauty from the inside out. At Orchid, Leslyn specializes in bio-identical hormone therapy, medical weight loss, and wellness-based treatments that help patients feel their best at every stage of life. She is passionate about empowering her patients through education, individualized care plans, and evidence-based treatments that promote lasting confidence and vitality. Leslyn’s approach blends medical expertise with a genuine dedication to patient well-being, helping each person she sees look and feel renewed both inside and out.

Bri, RN

Registered Nurse

Bri is a charismatic registered nurse with a passion for preventative medicine and helping clients look and feel like their best self. She graduated from the University of Central Missouri in 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and began her career as an Emergency Room nurse, which sparked her interest in wellness and preventative care. She began working for Orchid Aesthetics and Wellness in 2024, where she is able to blend her clinical expertise with her passion for helping clients enhance their well-being. She is dedicated to empowering individuals to feel their best both inside and out through preventative care and aesthetic treatments.

Kim, RN

Chief Nurse Injector

Kim is a registered nurse that graduated from Research College of Nursing and completed her B.A. degree from the University of Missouri at Kansas City. As the lead nurse, Kim is our chief nurse injector and helps Dr. Mehrer oversee our medical staff. Kim has attended many injectable training courses, including advanced aesthetic courses. She is experienced in neurotoxin injections including, Botox, Dysport, and Daxxify, fillers in many areas like lips, chin, and cheeks, sculptra treatments, and more.

Amber, LE, CLT

Licensed Aesthetician

With over a decade of experience in the skincare industry, Amber has been licensed since 2012, and is certified in advanced laser treatments, chemical peels, and more. Her passion lies in helping individuals on their unique skin journeys, as every skin type and need is different. Her favorite treatment is microneedling, as it offers transformative results for many of her clients. She believes that skin therapy is for everyone, and takes great pride in guiding her clients to achieve their best, healthiest skin.

Makenna, LE

Licensed Aesthetician

With over three years of experience in aesthetics, Makenna specializes in advanced laser treatments, chemical peels, microneedling, and custom facials that leave skin refreshed and radiant. Her passion for skincare shines through in every treatment she performs, as she genuinely loves helping her clients achieve their healthy, glowing skin goals. Makenna takes pride in creating a relaxing yet results-driven experience, combining her technical expertise with a warm and caring approach that makes every visit to Orchid Aesthetics & Wellness feel personalized and rejuvenating.

Licensed Aesthetician

Anna has been a licensed aesthetician for over four years, specializing in medical-grade facials, SkinPen and RF microneedling, laser hair reduction, laser resurfacing, and chemical peels. Her passion for skin health shines through in every treatment she performs. Anna’s goal is to help each client achieve healthy, glowing skin by creating customized treatment plans that address their unique concerns and skincare goals. With a gentle touch and a deep understanding of advanced aesthetic techniques, she helps clients not only look their best but feel confident in their own skin. Since joining Orchid Aesthetics and Wellness in 2020, I have been the creative force behind our brand. As the Marketing Specialist, I manage all digital content, oversee our social media platforms, maintain our Google Business listing, and handle branding to ensure our aesthetic stays fresh and engaging. I also coordinate all office events and collaborate with local businesses to build strong community connections. Beyond marketing, I assist with various tasks around the office to help keep everything running smoothly. I am a proud graduate of the University of Kansas, where I earned a BGS in Theatre with a minor in Film Studies. My background in storytelling and visual arts allows me to bring a unique, creative perspective to the world of aesthetics and wellness. I love crafting content that not only showcases our services but also educates and inspires our clients on their self-care journeys.
